Upon purchasing any cutter from us, we will always reach out via email to gather key information about your setup and requirements. This includes the materials you intend to cut, the CNC machine you use, your reason for purchasing the cutter, and the types of projects you plan to produce.
Using this information, we create fully bespoke cutting parameter graphs, like the examples shown on screen. Every graph is completely unique, as no two clients or applications are the same. Each graph is custom-built to suit your specific needs and clearly displays optimal spindle speeds, feed rates, and depth-per-pass recommendations.
In addition, we provide ongoing support after purchase. You'll have direct access to a CNC professional for any further questions or general CNC guidance, available 24/7 via email.
